About this yacht
The Lagoon 46 replaced the 450 and moved the mast aft, which gives a much larger self-tacking headsail and makes the boat genuinely easy to sail short-handed. For a crewed charter that translates into more time actually sailing between islands instead of motoring. Four cabins take eight guests, with a skipper and a chef aboard. It is the most-booked size in the Caribbean fleet because it fits the arithmetic of two or three couples travelling together, and because it can still get into the anchorages the bigger boats have to watch from outside.
Aboard
- Self-tacking jib, easily sailed
- Four double cabins for eight guests
- Skipper and chef aboard
- Trade-wind sailing between the Leewards
What the rate includes
The indicative rate covers the yacht and her crew for a week. Expect to add an Advance Provisioning Allowance of roughly 30% for fuel, food, drink and port fees, applicable VAT, and a customary crew gratuity. Read the full cost breakdown.
